Project Overview

I am seeking a creative and detail-oriented Presentation Designer to craft a high-impact, professional slide deck for an upcoming critical pitch and stakeholder meeting.

The goal of this project is to take our core messaging, data, and outline, and translate them into a visually compelling narrative. We want a modern, polished look that avoids cluttered bullet points and instead utilizes clean layouts, impactful data visualization, and consistent branding to engage our audience.

Key Deliverables

The selected freelancer will be responsible for delivering:

• Fully Editable Presentation File: Master file in Microsoft PowerPoint (.pptx) (or Google Slides/Keynote upon confirmation), with fully editable text, shapes, and charts.
• Slide Master Template: A customized, reusable template including established color palettes, typography hierarchy, and slide layouts for future internal use.
• Exported PDF Version: A lightweight, high-resolution PDF optimized for emailing and digital viewing.
• Custom Visual Assets: High-quality icons, tailored infographics, and properly formatted charts/diagrams used across the deck.
• Revisions: Up to two (2) rounds of design revisions based on feedback to ensure the final product meets expectations.

Scope & Design Requirements

• Slide Count: Approximately 10–15 slides (exact count to be finalized with the selected freelancer).
• Content Provided: We will provide the structured outline, raw copy, and data points.
• Visual Direction: Minimalist, modern, and corporate. The design must emphasize visual storytelling using custom infographics, balanced whitespace, and high-resolution imagery.
• Animations/Transitions: Clean and subtle (purposeful transitions only; no distracting animations).

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven track record in Presentation Design, Graphic Design, and PowerPoint.
• Demonstrated expertise in information design, data visualization, and corporate pitch deck aesthetics.
• Strong eye for typography, alignment, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to translate complex data and text-heavy concepts into intuitive graphics and charts.
• Excellent communication skills and responsiveness to iterative feedback.
