Job Description
We are looking for a skilled freelance video editor to edit videos for our YouTube channel. The ideal candidate will take raw footage and turn it into engaging, polished content that keeps viewers watching and helps grow the channel.
Responsibilities:
- Edit raw video footage into complete, ready-to-publish YouTube videos
- Add transitions, effects, text overlays, and background music where appropriate
- Ensure videos are well-paced and engaging for the target audience
- Color correct and enhance audio quality for a professional finish
- Export videos in the correct format and resolution for YouTube
Requirements:
- Proven experience editing videos for YouTube or similar platforms
- Proficiency with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve
- Ability to work with different video formats and resolutions
- Good sense of timing, pacing, and storytelling
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet agreed deadlines
