• 10 content ideas suitable for both Instagram and TikTok platforms
• 5 short-form video/Reel concepts with attention-grabbing hooks
• Suggested calls-to-action for each concept
• Basic hashtag and keyword suggestions to support discoverability

All content must be original, natural-sounding, and focused on the target audience.
